My Story

I was a Police Officer for 17 years working in various roles within Policing and retired in 2020, as I had joined later in life.

Why did I set up Blue Light Holistics? 

In 2017 I was at the point of burn out, a combination of  the pressures of the job and the unique role that policing 

is.  

I was struggling with the day to day both emotionally and mentally and knew that something had to change. 

​

The universe steered me in the direction of Reiki, when a  chance meeting with my now Reiki Master opened my eyes to the benefits of healing that can be achieved with   this beautiful and amazing Holistic Therapy. 

​

Now six years later I am a changed man for the better I  am a Reiki Master/Reiki Teacher, massage therapist, and sound therapist. 

​

I now teach Reiki to share the transformative benefits of  this wonderful therapy. 

​

I was astounded by the feelings of harmony, healing and release, Reiki gave me.

I never expected that I would now be a position to offer this to others but I thank the universe I am.
